M.Sc GEOGRAPHY PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
Term the examination conducted as per the calendar of events.
1. Odd semester ( I and III ) will be in one cycle.
2. Even semester (II and IV ) will be in another cycle.
The programme has totally 4 semester each for 18 credits. A candidate has to earn totally 72 credits from all 4 semester. The I, II and III semester have 4 theory course of 4 credits each and 1 practical course of 2 credits. The IV semester has three common theory courses of 4 credits each and a dissertation of credits which should be prepared and submitted to the Registrar (Evaluation) , Karnataka State Open University, Mysore, for evaluation.
